  • Buildings that have been altered or redeveloped
  • Buildings with unconventional designs and construction
  • Listed buildings (a building that is on the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest)

RICS LEVEL 2 SURVEY

(Formerly Known as HomeBuyer Survey)

We recommend the RICS Level 2 Survey for:

  • Smaller properties in a good condition
  • New build flats
  • Properties built in a common style with conventional materials
  • There have been minimal alterations and you do not intend to refurbish in the future.
